Child Dynamix have a vacancy for an Apprentice Customer Service Receptionist to join their friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is looking to start their career as a receptionist, you will learn essential customer service skills in an office environment and you will assist staff with general office duties.

Duties will include:
- To deal courteously and responsively with all callers, visitors and service users
- To produce general correspondence using Microsoft Office packages
- To provide an efficient and effective customer service support
- To contribute to communications and marketing including the display and distribution of advertising/publicity material and the use of social media platforms
- To maintain the charity’s online room booking facility using Outlook

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Regular training and development sessions to meet the needs of the employer and the apprentice
