Youth Help & Support

Sometimes life can throw curveballs and you might not be sure where to go or who to turn to. We are always here to help.

One to one support

You can spend time with a youth worker who can listen to whatever is on your mind and help you think about what you want to do. We can work with you to find a good time and place which suits you, we have quiet spaces in The Hut if that helps.

If this is something which could help, then you can call 01482 781121.

Who else can help?

This is a list of other organisations which we feel offer really good information and we know have helped other people. We try to keep the list up to date and accurate, but things do change, especially in the current circumstances.
