When your baby is around 12 weeks, parents are invited to attend a 3-4 month health and development session at your local Family Hub.
Health Visitors additional training in public health enables them to assess the health needs of individuals, families and the wider community to effectively promote good health and prevent illness.
In this relaxed and informal session you’ll have the opportunity to chat to a health practitioner about your babies development, as well as discussing introducing solid food at 6 months, how to encourage speech and language development, safety, and get information about activities in the area.
