Child Dynamix Preston Road first opened its doors on June 4th 2001, 25 years ago. Originally known as the Janet Genter Community Nursery, we have been proudly serving and supporting our local community for the past two and a half decades. A lot has changed in 25 years, but our dedication to high-quality childcare hasn’t.

Announcing Child Dynamix’s clothing swap event! On Friday 19th June, we’ll be running an event that’s totally free to attend, where you can get yourself or your family a whole new wardrobe! On Wednesday 28th May, we hosted our Student Celebration Event, where both the students on placement with us and the students that work for us were treated to an afternoon tea and award ceremony. We know that juggling both studying and working is no mean feat, and we applaud their dedication to gaining their qualifications.

On Saturday 7th March, Child Dynamix hosted their 20th Anniversary Gala at the MKM Stadium, and what a night it was! It was incredibly special to have so many people who have contributed to Child Dynamix’s proud 20 year history together in one room – Trustees, former Trustees, staff, business partners, friends, and family members

Across some wintery weekends in January and February this year, all four of our Child Dynamix Nurseries have opened their doors for our Family Fun Days. Inviting current and prospective families into the nursery, we had games, crafts, refreshments, activities and more. It was an opportunity for parents and carers to connect with each other,
