On Saturday 7th March, Child Dynamix hosted their 20th Anniversary Gala at the MKM Stadium, and what a night it was!
It was incredibly special to have so many people who have contributed to Child Dynamix’s proud 20 year history together in one room – Trustees, former Trustees, staff, business partners, friends, and family members alike. Guests were treated to a full 3 course meal, live entertainment courtesy of the band Dakota Skies, an auction, a raffle, and speeches from our Founder and current Co-Leaders.
Thanks to the generosity of our attendees, through just the auction, raffle and donations alone, we managed to raise an incredible £1,417.50! This money will be used to help improve the lives of children, families, and young people across Hull, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity shown on the night.
We’re appreciative of our amazing business partners who supported us by buying tickets to the event – Spectrum UK, Ability IT, PK Cleaning, Skip Rats UK and Gavin Harrison Decorators. We’d also like to thank Health and Safety Training Services, who were unable to attend on the night but still made a donation to Child Dynamix.
Thank you also to the businesses who donated to our charity auction and raffle. We had some fabulous prizes in the raffle, with Schwarzkopf having generously donated a basket piled high with beauty goodies, whilst a £15 floristry voucher was donated courtesy of Beautiful Stems. And on the auction side of things, bid winners went away with a day trip for 2 with Les Holland Coach Travel, a photography session with Phillip Anthony, a signed Hull City ball thanks to Tiger Events Hull, and a 4 hour cookery course with Giroscope Hull!
