Parenting Courses
We hold various classes and courses designed to help build parenting skills in a safe and non-judgemental environment:
- Talking Teens – A programme to help parents understand teenage brain development and behaviour, to help improve communication and reduce conflict
- HENRY – A programme designed to equip families to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle. It covers nutrition, physical health, behaviour strategies, and overall family health
- The Nurturing Programme – A 10 week course designed to help parents understand and manage feelings and behaviours in a positive way, to support close relationships with their children
- Togetherness – A variety of online programmes covering all stages of childhood, from pregnancy and to teenage years. The course helps aid understanding of development and behaviours in children
- Ask Aimee – An Early Help drop-in service for families to discuss any support needs, such as parenting, housing, finances, mental health or other issues affecting your family
