On Wednesday 28th May, we hosted our Student Celebration Event, where both the students on placement with us and the students that work for us were treated to an afternoon tea and award ceremony. We know that juggling both studying and working is no mean feat, and we applaud their dedication to gaining their qualifications.
Child Dynamix is committed to both helping people start their careers, and support them to upskill within their role. Therefore, we offer:
- Volunteering opportunities, apprenticeships, and work experience (where capacity is available), for those looking to begin their careers
- On the job training and upskilling
- Flexible working patterns to allow staff to study additional qualifications alongside their work
