Child Dynamix officially became a charity in March 2005, meaning we’re now in our 20th year. Between now and March 2026 we have a whole host of exciting activities and events to make sure we’re celebrating this very special anniversary year in style!
We’ve created a dedicated section of the website with all the information you need about the 20th Anniversary celebrations and commemorations coming up – make sure you explore it for yourself. This section of the website also includes a timeline, which charts our major accomplishments of the past 20 years, so you can see highlights the work we’ve done in one handy graphic!
Rumour has it that if you’re not following us on social media, you’re missing out. Check out our Facebook, where every Monday we’ll be posting a photo from the Child Dynamix archive, celebrating the work we’ve done over the last 2 decades.
We’ve created special 20th anniversary merchandise, so you can show off your support in style. These limited edition products are available to order through our website, with all profits made going to fund Child Dynamix’s continued work.
We’re also making sure we recognise those generous donors who help us continue our important work – in 2026 we’ll be launching our Donor Wall and Parent Stars Board. Just one way of saying thanks to the amazing supporters we have.
And this is only the start! Alongside this, we have lots of exciting events coming up to both celebrate the achievements of the past 20 years, and raise money for Child Dynamix in the process.
In September the children go back to school, so it’s also time to put your brain in gear, with the Child Dynamix 20th Anniversary Quiz. Bring along your team and battle it out in our quiz that will cover film, sport, general knowledge and more, including a few twists along the way… Get your tickets now!
In January and February we’ll be hosting our Nursery Family Fun Days. Families who attends the nursery, plus their friends, or anyone interested in coming to the nursery in future are all welcome. We’ll have games and activities, the opportunity to try on and purchase uniform, refreshments and much more besides. Oh and it’s completely free! Just one way of giving back to the families who support us!
In March 2026 we are officially at the end of our 20th year, so we’ll be going out with a bang at our 20th Anniversary Charity Gala. Hosted at the MKM Stadium, and with the Lord Mayor in attendance, during this special event our guests will be treated to a 3 course meal and entertainment. The perfect way to round off a packed schedule of celebrations, whilst doing some good in the process.
We’re so excited to have so much to look forward to, and we hope you are too. Your continued support and generosity has enabled us to transform the lives of children and families across the Hull area, and we hope in another 20 years we’ll still be going strong as ever, continuing to provide vital support to those who need us.
