Youth and Community Worker (12 Hours)

Youth and Community Worker

  • 12 hours per week
  • Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings
  • £12.27 – £14.27 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Based at The Hut – Preston Road

Child Dynamix is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth and Community Worker to join our team in a rewarding role where your work matters. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create safe and supportive spaces, and empower young people to reach their potential

Requirements and responsibilities for this post:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver a range of sessions and activities to support the informal learning, development and interests of young people aged between 10 and 19 years old.
  • To support and encourage the voice and influence of young people in local and city wide projects
  • Ensuring that all data is collated appropriately and timely, allowing for effective monitoring to take place.
  • To be a team player, flexible, approachable and able to work under pressure.
  • Hold a minimum Level 2 Qualification in Youth Work or related discipline

SEND Nursery Practitioner (30 hours)

1 x SEND Nursery Practitioner

  • 30 hours per week Monday – Friday
  • £12.31 – £13.01 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Based at our Boulevard nursery HU3 2TA

We are looking for an individual who:

  • is qualified to level 2 and 3 in early years/childcare.
  • has experience of working as part of a team and within a childcare setting.
  • has knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • want to make a positive difference to the lives of children
