Training Dynamix
We are able to help local residents into employment by delivering training opportunities, enabling people to gain professional level qualifications and skills support in accessing jobs in the children’s workforce.
Via our volunteering opportunities people could access professional level qualifications in Childcare Learning & Development (CCLD), Health & Social Care and Playwork Level 2 or 3 (depending on funding, previous qualifications & personal circumstances)
We support unemployed people who wish to engage in a career in working with children, young people or families with signposting support to engage in qualifications that will support their job search e.g Food Safety L2, interview & employment skills, via our partnership network.
We run consultation sessions with professional practitioners and information & guidance sessions into choosing a new route within the children's workforce sector.
We offer complete flexibility around individual's circumstances.
The learner is expected to attend for up to 15 hours per week. We work closely with benefit agencies to ensure learners have access to our programmes.
There are no entry requirements. No qualifications, previous work experience or recent participation in learning is necessary. All that is required is enthusiasm for the health, welfare, development and future of children, young people & families.
