About Child Dynamix

Child Dynamix originated as a project predominantly funded by the New Deal for Communities PRNDC Ltd. The project was initially developed as a result of community consultation feeding into the 10 year delivery plan for the Preston Road Estate; the lack of childcare was highlighted across the consultation process.

Initially, offering a full Day Care Nursery for under 5’s and Out of School provision, the seed was sown for a fully inclusive one stop shop of services including Early Years and adventurous play for children up to 14 years available to local residents and the wider East Hull.

Child Dynamix became an independent organisation on 1st April 2005 over it’s first two years of operation, the key focus has been on becoming a good employer, commercial activity and mainstreaming some elements of work, along with developing plans for the future of the organisation.
